My 3 Step Strategy For Rapid Transformation:

1) Be honest and completely self aware as to exactly where you are right now. What are the implications of where you are right now in terms of happiness, confidence, health, wealth, longevity, energy, vitality etc. How is this effecting your life, right now. Don’t go onto Step 2 until you have taken a few minutes to really think about this. Seriously, take a moment, it’s a vital part of the process.

2) Now…look forward 6 months. In an ideal world, where would you like to be. Forget what you think is possible. Instead allow yourself to create the perfect picture of how you would like to see your self in the near future. Now step into that picture of yourself. Imagine how you will feel in terms of happiness, confidence, energy, vitality. How will your life be different? Really feel it, wallow in it.

3) Now, ask yourself this question ‘What is creating the gap between 1 and 2? What do you need to change in order to make the transition from 1 to 2? Be totally honest with yourself but without beating yourself up. This is a critical step. As the saying goes ‘The truth will set you free’.

You may already know that answer as to what is causing this gap between 1 and 2.

But for many people this is a difficult question to answer because of confusion.

It’s understandable that there is confusion because there is so much misinformation available, especially when it comes to weight loss.

And what happens when someone is confused? Correct, they do nothing.
